Me myself & I
My journey begins in the breathtaking landscapes of the South Island of New Zealand, where I was moulded by the values of hard work and a solid work ethic. Growing up amid 300 bulls and a handful of sheep on our family farm, I acquired skills that extend far beyond the ordinary. My parents, with my mum as a compassionate nurse and my dad as a savvy Sheep and Beef buyer, bestowed upon me a diverse background that continues to shape my outlook on life.
But the story doesn’t end there. Venturing into the realm of blogging, I didn’t limit myself to architecture in my higher studies. No, I took an unexpected detour into the film industry, working as an extra on several movie sets to fund my architectural dreams. It added a delightful plot twist to my journey and infused it with a touch of movie magic.
Now armed with my architectural skills, a dash of cinematic flair, and an insatiable curiosity, I’m gearing up for an epic overseas adventure. My mate Matt and I are poised to explore the UK and traverse most of Europe over the next 4-6 months. And guess what? You’re invited to tag along!
Consider this blog your backstage pass to my travel diary, where I’ll candidly share the good, the bad, and the downright hilarious moments. So, fellow adventurers, fasten your seatbelts! Let’s navigate the world together, one honest take at a time.
